What we bake

Below are just some of the products we bake in the Blonde Bakery kitchen. We can also cater for specific dietary requirements and allergy requests - including dairy and egg free, gluten free and vegan diets too.

My cakes are 3 layers of sponge as standard, standing at 5-6" tall. I do also offer tall and extra tall options.

6" standard cake - serving 14 - starts at £70

8" standard cake - serving 26 - starts at £85

Sheet cakes serving approx 12 start at £45

Brownie stacks serving 24 start at £45

Cupcakes start at £3 and are ordered in multiples of 12

Wedding Cakes

Weddings - I just LOVE them! I love attending them, I love hearing about them, and I LOVE making cakes for them. From small intimate receptions with a small cake needed, to a large event - we can help! Baby Shower & Gender Reveal Cakes

Baby shower cakes, and more recently gender reveal cakes are a firm favourite of mine. I can create gender reveal cakes if you provide the babies gender in an envelope - the sponge can be coloured appropriately, or a sweet filled cake is also an option - it can be a surprise for everyone when the cake is cut to reveal babies gender!

Unicorn Cakes

Unicorn cakes are a popular design that is here to stay! Our unicorn cakes vary in design, and as each cake is made by hand - every one is different! You can choose colours, horn/ear/eye details and add names and ages - or you can leave it all up to me and I will do the designing for you. Perfect for Unicorn lovers of any age.

Cupcakes

Cupcakes were where I started many years ago, so I have a huge variety of flavours and designs to choose from. Themes can again be catered for using card stock images or acrylic/fondant toppers.

Themed/Bespoke Cakes

We don't make fully fondant cakes, however, we can create themed cakes using card stock images, acrylic toppers or even toys and figures. We find that the options are endless, and we can usually come up with a few different ideas for your chosen theme.

Brownie Stacks

Brownie stacks are a fun, affordable alternative to a birthday cake. They consist of 24 1/2 size pieces of chocolate brownie (or blondie!), sandwiched together with buttercream. They can be done in any colour scheme and themes can also be added - we have done football, art party, and loads more! Easy to serve too - you can just grab and go!

Cakes, cupcakes and other treats are a perfect way to promote your brand/corporate identity in a delicious way that will be remembered!

We have worked with various companies in York and surrounding areas to create treats for birthday events, Christmas parties, corporate gifting and more.

Logos can be printed onto edible icing for cupcakes, large cakes and brownies.
